An Unexpected Trojan Horse – Using Autism as Your Secret Weapon in Improving Outcomes for All Underrepresented Groups

Almost every tech company now has at least a fig-leaf commitment to diversity and inclusion, yet outcomes remain the same. Why is that? A new initiative to support autistic employees in Silicon Valley is prompting companies to reexamine how they hire and retain employees. What we’ve discovered in this process is now encouraging autism advocates to use their success to work with intersectional communities in order to increase outcomes for all underrepresented groups.
