How to Ensure an Inclusive Recruiting Process for the New Wave of Nontraditional Candidates.

Companies seem to struggle with how to adjust their current recruiting process for the new wave of nontraditional candidates (bootcamp grads, those who learned on their own, etc). This talk will discuss ways organizations have successfully adjusted practices to fill in-demand jobs that are going unfilled in engineering. The discussion will include examples from companies at the forefront of integrating nontraditional candidates into their hiring efforts – including case studies from Airbnb, Twilio and Reddit.
